[SIP-XXX] Deploy new Aura rETH/WETH and wstETH/WETH pools

Motivation

Aura is migrating a number of pool, including rETH/WETH and wstETH/WETH (Snapshot). Given that Sturdy supports these assets as collateral, new pools should be deployed based on the new addresses.

Specification

  • Deploy a rETH/WETH pool identical to the one specified in SIP-006 (Snapshot), except use the updated Aura pool
  • Deploy a wstETH/WETH pool identical to the existing pool on Sturdy, except use the updated Aura pool
  • Freeze the existing wstETH/WETH and rETH/WETH pools to prevent future deposits and borrows on the old pools (withdrawals and repayments will still be enabled)
